I must say I am really disappointed in Verizon Wireless. As a long time customer, I am due for an upgrade so I contacted C.S. on 9/29/14. The rep shared with me options and plans, I decided to go with the Edge plan and pre-order the Samsung Galaxy. Everything went smoothly ( or so I thought ) I receive an email today sharing that my order had been cancelled (my device was set to ship in a couple of days) I called C.S. and the rep shared it was cancelled due to being past due and the account should be in excellent standing. Yes, I understand being past due. A payment arrangement has already been made! I politely asked if there was anything that could be done considering I have been a long time customer. Well, I will share that I am strongly thinking of leaving this company after this. If I did not qualify, why wasn't this shared from the start? What happened to customer service or customer loyalty. I am disappointed!
