I switched from ATT to Verizon because your coverage map said my area would have great coverage. I only get 1 bar in my home and 2 outside. It has dropped calls and calls break up or the other person can't hear me. What can I do about this problem

I switched from ATT to Verizon because your map said I should get great coverage.  It is as bad if not worse then my old ATT.  I have had calls dropped, people can't hear me or the call breaks up.  This sucks, what can I do about this.  Will you ever put up a cell tower in our area to improve coverage.

I live in the south west corner of Estrella Mountain Ranch, Goodyear AZ.

I want to make sure we do everything in our power to get you the service that you deserve. What kind of device are you using? What zip code are you in that is having these issues? Also, how far would you have to travel befor eyou start to get good service on your phone? Please keep us posted.
