I recently tried to enroll in Verizon's Edge program to add a tablet to my account. However I was told I didn't qualify as my payments were not current for the past 6 months however they are now and services were never in danger of being turned off. We purchased a new home and the bills were going to the old address so obviously they were late in getting paid) I've been a Verizon customer for over 12 years and this is the kind of treatment that I got from their customer service. They also said they could do nothing to over ride the situation. They lost a sale because of it. I'm now considering cancelling the rest of the lines and going to another provider. Verizon rep didn't even seem concerned. This my friends is NOT how you treat a long time customer.
