Hello, I have found answers to both these questions, but given how policies change I wanted to ask to get an updated response.
One, are there any fees whatsoever to switch to a different device? This is not to switch to a new subsidized device, it is to switch to a refurbished phone that is new to me but was purchased outright without discounts.
Two, is a data plan still not needed for the Samsung Rogue (SCH-U960)?
