I upgraded two lines online with Verizon wireless. Because they were new phones I had to order the new more everything plan. I have confirmation that with the shared data for 4 gigabytes of data I get a free gigabyte for each line. Well that was August and this is October and I have call several times and all kept telling me they are submitting for manual correction and I should hear something in a few day's well that was over a month ago my. I will be definitely posting this poor service every where I can. Well my first bill came in and we went over less than 1 gigabyte and charged $15 for overage that should have been free..This is so so so so sad and I am so so so so mad.
