I purchased two exact Samsung basic phone for the purpose of using the family locator appr on 9/1/14.1 phone # works perfectly fine, I can locate the phone, set arrival and departure locations.For the 2nd phone I've been contacting customer service, trouble shooting with tech support, one tech support even said they will issue a ticket to resolve the issue, I call back regarding the ticket and trouble shoot again, the rep tells me the previous rep created the wrong ticket. The rep creates another ticket. Now a month later I have not received any response, no attempts to contact me, nor a solution or resolution.
