Email to file complaint about poor service at local store

I'm looking for a way to email a complaint about the poor service I received today at a local store. I can't find one anywhere.

I have been a loyal customer for many years and if Verizon looks at my record, they will see that I have purchased numerous items from this store. Over time, I have recommended Verizon to many family and friends. I usually rave about how great Verizon is and the great customer service that I normally get but today was not that kind of day.

if this is the trend for how Verizon plans on treating their customers. I would like to know this so that I can consider looking at other options for meeting my mobile needs.

Yes, apparently Verizon Wireless service has dropped to the level of "obnoxious used car salesman".  The technical support has become non existent.  Today they attempted to totally avoid answering the simplest of questions with an attitude akin to being bothered.  I fully expected to hear the sales rep say "no my yob man".  It was a complete and utter waste of my time.   (The one located at 149 Marketplace Blvd,Hamilton Township, NJ (609) 581-6040)

While I was exiting the store I could over hear a sales rep practically arguing with a customer as to the level of her common sense for not taking advantage of the fantastic offer he was presenting to her.  Deja vu high pressure used car sales techniques.  These "sales people" at this particular location are only interested in making a sale and could care less about decent service and customer satisfaction.

Thank the lord there is a Apple store in the Quakerbridge Mall, that has not forgotten about customer service.  Where Verizon Wireless only wanted to pass the buck, Apple configured my phone and had it working to my satisfaction.

I will never visit a Verizon Wireless store again for anything!!!!!!!!!!!
