I'm looking for a way to email a complaint about the poor service I received today at a local store. I can't find one anywhere.
I have been a loyal customer for many years and if Verizon looks at my record, they will see that I have purchased numerous items from this store. Over time, I have recommended Verizon to many family and friends. I usually rave about how great Verizon is and the great customer service that I normally get but today was not that kind of day.
if this is the trend for how Verizon plans on treating their customers. I would like to know this so that I can consider looking at other options for meeting my mobile needs.
