My daughter's 4s won't get data, won't connect to wireless, won't text, won't make calls. Just keeps saying "searching....." in upper left corner. Tried resetting network. Ran through the Troubleshooting Assistant. Any ideas?
I regret to learn of the issues with your daughters phone, Ginny.king! What is your zip code? Is this issue happening with any other phone? It seems like you did your fair of troubleshooting. She has iOS 8.1. We have tried toggling airplane, wifi, on/off. Everything that we can think to do.
