Help no service

I have no service since Friday on my iPhone 5. iPad works but no phone. Everyone in town has same problem so I know it's not just my phone.  No way to contact service for help.  I'm in ray North Dakota  Wife called from Arkansas but they said I have to email them from site but no email listed. Anyone please help

I'm sorry you don't have service Old1411! Let's get this resolved. Where exactly are you located? (zip code) Does your iPad run on our VZW network? Please elaborate.
