Posts like this are obviously posted by Verizon themselves, trying to sway opinion in the light of all of the very real complaints about Verizon's service by REAL users!
My post was from an article I noticed this morning. I am just another customer not an employee.
However sort of defeats how many folks are saying they are leaving Verizon. Seems increased subscribers prove that threat incorrect.
And it does not say "customer service" issues. It simply shows the growth. AT&T and Sprint are also mentioned.

I am sorry but you obviously don't know how this forum works. It PEER to PEER. Once in a blue moon a VZW Rep with a clear VZW Connotation will comment in an attempt to help someone. I don't see that anywhere next to Elector's name above. Meaning you are wrong sir, he is not an employee at all
