I sent in my iphone 5 exactly two weeks ago (the Monday after my iphone 6 was activated) and the system still says it has not been received. How long does it take to get processed? Should I be worried?
wahnyc,We definitely do not want you to worry. Due to the high volume of trade in received it can take a little longer then usually with the trade in process. Before checking the device as received the team must verify all requirements were met.
