VZW 'Messages': Formerly known as VTEXT ..issues, no support documentation?

Hello, I used to be able to have people email me to my SMS via the VTEXT nickname usernickname@vtext.com method. This appears to me inoperative and/or inaccessible due to the upgrade to 'Messages' . In addition to this, there appears now that there is NO WAY to change my existing VTEXT user ID that is present in their reply email, when I email users back from my sms text(s). So I guess my questions is HOW do you change an existing VTEXT nickname now? Also, there used to be a real handy web page that VTEXT had so people could send me a text through a browser.. is this gone? Anything you can share for solutions would be greatly appreciated!!

It's there. On the web app for messages, in the upper right there is three lines, like a page of writing. Click on that and select settings.

In settings select email to text and you can create or change your usernickname@vtext.com setting.

EXCELLENT! Do you know if there is still a web page portal where people can send a text (if they know your pre configiured weblink ) This was real handy but I think they probably had spam complaints so Im not sure if it still exists. Thanks for your help!!
