Only getting half the bill credit I was told

I upgraded three phones to 5c 32GB being told I would get a $200 credit per phone on my bill in 2-3 months. It has been 3 so I contacted Verizon billing who contacted the store and know they are telling me I only get $100 per phone. Anyone else falling in to this scam?

Finally, it looks like my case is resolved. I just received a TEXT MSG that my account will be credited with the promotion amount due.

Yes, I am facing similar issue. I originally signed up based on a promotion that existing FIOS customer will receive $200 credit for each smartphone activation if they switch from other providers. So I terminated my AT&T contract and switched to Verizon hoping $200 per line ($400 for 2 phones) will compensate ATT early termination fees in March. Since than I have been contacting Verizon on the status of this credit. After 7 months, Verizon is telling me that there was no such promotion and they cannot find this promotion in their system.

I am completely shocked. How could this be? Unfortunately I don't have anything in writing when I signed up from Verizon but when I show (old) online links like Slickdeals etc, they flat out deny and say that these are scams.

Did you get any resolution on your issue? I am seriously thinking to approach small claims court.
