I was told the wrong date as far as when I can trade in my phone that I ordered and was unhappy with. Apparently it is 14 days from the shipping date, not the activation date, which is ridiculous. So, because the 2 employees I spoke to got it wrong by telling me the 14 day period started from my activation date, I can now longer trade in my crappy phone and get the more expensive one I wanted. I would only be giving Verizon more money. I hate Verizon and once my 2 years is up, I will never be a customer ever again.
