I have been trying to send an email to Christopher Felix, Region President for the Upstate New York Area, via the Verizon Wireless website, I enter all the information and it will not send. Is anyone else having this problem? If I am not able to contact someone from the corporate offices soon, I will post my HORRIBLE experience on here for all to see. From the looks of some of these discussions I am not the only one who is receiving horrible customer service from Verizon. Thanks to anyone who can be of assistance.
