I keep getting calls that my payment is due, but it's not due until the 15th. They've called me once a day the last 2 days. I paid my last bill in full per my account.
Why do I keep getting calls?
Log on to your account - see if the amount due is what you expect for the bill due on the 15th. Perhaps there's a balance due from a previous month that's showing as past due, generating the calls?
