I also upgraded both of my lines last month to the new Iphone 6+ I have only been showing 1g free on my account and reached out to Customer Service 3 times and each time was told this was getting fixed but still nothing. Can you help me?

Yes I am on the More Everything plan. And every time I follow up, I get nowhere..."it's been submitted", "it's being reviewed"...etc... 7 days later, still nothing.
