Stuck in South Korea with no Verizon support

Hi,

I've exhausted all my options - I don't know what to do. I'm in South Korea with my Verizon phone. I am able to receive calls and text messages but not to make any outgoing calls or send text messages. I've tried everything - +1, 001, 002, etc. I've been waiting for a Verizon Live Chat representative for over an hour and have even tried contacting Verizon through Google Voice (call dropped because I can't use the "keypad" while on a google voice call).

How can I contact Verizon? What if this were an emergency? So frustrated. Please advise.

I am sorry to learn your phone is not working in South Korea. Sometimes live chat can be busy with chats prior to yours but they would manage to get to everyone in the order received.
