Verizon does not have credible customer service and reps lie to retain business. They will do anything to get rid of all grandfathered unlimited data plans. They made a mistake and removed our unlimited data and have promised for months to get it put back on. I've talked to 8-10 Verizon reps and have it in writing but to date they have not put it back on. I keep getting text messages saying data usage limit has been reached - the latest was sent to me at 11 PM! Today they say there's nothing they can do and this rep said the previous reps I've talked to have been giving me false information. Verizon has given me the run around for months and I will be looking for other services asap! They are a joke!
