NFL Mobile only allows 2 minute preview

I have the MORE Everything Plan. It seem clear that I should be able to watch NFL games, but all I get is 2 minutes and a request to pay $4.99/month.

I've waited on hold twice, 30 minutes each time. The first time I was disconnected and no one called back. I've been transferred 3+ times.

Getting frustrated. Please advise.

I understand your concerns completely, being a huge NFL fan myself. Customers on the More Everything plan should receive all features of NFL Mobile besides the NFL RedZone ($1.99 per month).

What model device do you have? Some devices may still be limited. Is the application up to date? Have you tried multiple games? Not every game will be available Live.

Please fill us in some of these details so that we can further assist.

Go to the App/Play Store and download the new version. The version that comes pre-loaded on your phone is probably the older version. Worked for me.

You are not helping Jake... I am having the similar problem on my iPhone ... I spent two hours with so called crappy specialist over the phone with call transfer from one place to another several times ... At the end one smart ass told me he will creat a ticket on my problem and I should hear from them in a week or so... It's already been more than two weeks and nobody responded .... All my phone lines on more everything plan can stream without any problem...

I am also having the same issue on my driod mini with the latest version of the app installed. Not happy.

We definitely want this app to work for you. Please try resetting this app by removing http://vz.to/1EsBqeg then redownloading to your phone. Please test again, once it is downloaded.

It appears to be working correctly now. Does the app 'black out' local games? I was trying to watch the Thursday night game that was in Cincinnati, OH and I am in Erie, PA which is 345 miles away. They were playing Cleveland which is 102 miles away. Our CBS stations were not showing the game so we tried to watch on NFL mobile but were only allowed to see a 2 minute preview. It was very frustrating.

Currently can't watch Steelers vs. Bengals. Looks like whenever someone is playing in Cincinnati ,OH I can't watch the game in Erie, PA.
