We really don't understand why your system sends an email saying that we are eligible to do the Early Edge upgrade with the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and the computer system at the store says that we're not. The customer employee was very nice about it, but he couldn't do anything about it and stated that we can buy the device at full cost or wait until our contract is up in May 2015. So my Fiancée said ok we'll wait until then and cancel our service with Verizon (I have to agree with her). Please don't send out emails that are giving faults information.
