How do I cancel family base???

After trying family Base, I've decided I do not want to continue the service. How do I cancel it? The website says to go to "Change Features" but the option to cancel it there is not available. I'm beginning to think that this is one of those features that Verizon gets you to try for free and then makes it virtually impossible to cancel so they can continue to charge for it. Help!

If you can't cancel it from the "Chang Features" of your MyVerizon, you should be able to cancel it by calling CS.

You can do it online. It's totally not intuitive.

On very bottom of the Change Features page in the Related Actions click the blue link that says "Family Locator, FamilyBase."

Go to the FamilyBase section and click View and Manage Dashboard.

Under Profiles select the blue link to "Remove FamilyBase" and confirm your selection.
