Receiving "All Circuits Busy" since activating VoLTE on iPhone 6

I just went into my account today and activated VoLTE services (or HD Calling or whatever Verizon brands it as). I then flipped the switch on my iPhone 6 so that it supported both voice and data on LTE.

Since that time, however, I've been unable to make ANY voice calls. I have full signal, text messages are being sent/received (both iMessages and to other non-iPhone users as SMS messaging), and I have full data access. So I know I'm on the network. I just can't make any voice calls and I've no idea if I am missing any inbound calls either.

I'm in zip code 63025, 63026 and 63127 and get constant "All Circuits are Busy, please try your call again later" no matter what numbers I try to call. Other Verizon users, landlines and 800/866 lines all the same.

Is service down or is it just an issue with my phone since switching on VoLTE services?

I'm sorry you're receiving this error message Runamuck0870. I know this is frustrating. Have you tried power cycling? Also try removing the feature and readding it. If you continue to have issues, we will need to speak with you to trouble-shoot. Keep us posted.

OK just to add to the problem....

I just tried calling my own number from a landline. I asked two friends to do likewise. We all get this message:

"Your call not be completed as dialed. Please check the number as dialed...Announcement 4 switch 20-3"

So it appears that doing the feature update on the account on this line has somehow broken my phone line service. Provisioning issue?

This totally worked for me. I did the same thing. with the "Voice and Data" option just playing around with it. Then I got the "all circuits busy". I turned the option back to Data, then turned on and off the phone 2 or 3 times over a period of 5 minutes. And it worked. YEAH! Thanks KinquanaH_VZW.

I am having the same issue. I cannot make any outgoing calls because I receive the "All Circuits Busy" response. I have tried the power cycling three times and it does not help. I would call Verizon customer service to trouble shoot, but I literally cannot make ANY outgoing calls due to this issue.

Oh no! Let's make sure we get the calls flowing again. Are you able to receive any phone calls? One thing that I would suggest on trying is to reset the network settings in the phone. You can do this by going into Settings, General, Reset, Reset Network Settings. The phone will then power cycle. Once the device comes back on you will need to re-enter your wi-fi information again. Please retry making phone calls.
