I see quite a few topics on cancelling Total Equipment Coverage. I also see the "matter of fact" responses from Verizon Reps telling customers to
call *611 or 800-922-0204 to cancel as Verizon doesn't allow this to be removed online.
Yet, your "Equipment Protection FAQs" continues to tell customers they can remove it online by selecting "Remove" on the "Change Features" page,
which is not true as there is no "remove" option next to "Equipment Protection".
So, to spare us all from swimming around in your forum for answers, just update your FAQ's and there will be less chatter about cancelling TEC.
