iphone 6 promotion

i bought three iphone 6's between 9/9/14 and 9/30/14. I only received shipping material to return one old phone. Am attempting to get the other two phones returned for recycle credit and am told that i cannot get credit under the iphone 6 program because it has expired. cannot get anyone at verizon to address this. Am being told to just apply under the general recycle program which is much less.Can someone at verizon pls help. This is ridiculous.

We can understand the frustration, kevinos. The trade-in program does not need to receive the phone until Dec 1st as we understand the phone is on back order. We do encourage you to reach out to the trade-in program at 877-247-3846 for further assistance.

Congrats on the new iPhones. They are amazing phones. When you went to the trade-in website here http://bit.ly/GGnDDC you would need to put in a trade in for each phone that you were wanting to recycle. The iPhone 6 trade-in promotion expired on October 15, 2014. Good news, we still have the ability to trade-in all devices.

thank you for your response. the problem is that i tried to trade in three phones and verizon screwed up and only sent me the one trade in. The value is not the same to do it under your plan without the promotion. why cant someone look at my record, see that i qualified, see that verizon should have sent me three trade in packages under the promotion and do it now. The phones dont need to reach you until dec 1. Just to add to my frustration, i DONT EVEN HAVE ALL THE NEW PHONES YET! AND ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH.
