$36 received for Iphone 4S as opposed to $200

I received $36/phone for 2 iPhone 4’S that were traded in for iPhone 6’s. Both in perfect condition and I have screenshots showing find my iPhone is deactivated. I deactivated both lines and factory restored them prior to sending back. I need to receive the difference back ASAP. Please advise ASAP as I am not willing to accept $36/phone. Does anyone have a direct contact to escalate this quickly?

Same thing happened to what appears to be tons of customers including myself. There is a Verizon gift card number on one of the blogs that you can attempt to call. I was on hold for an hour and a half before I got a live agent who asked me if I double checked the find my iPhone was off. Of course I did. Seems like if you read the complaints it's more apparent and clear this was a scam to get our phones.

I also had this happen at a Verizon Wireless store in Virginia Beach, VA. A rep named "Mike K" inspected the phone, told me it was eligible for the trade-in, and said I would receive $200 for it. I literally asked him three specific things about the phone's condition and he said they were all fine. It is a flat-out scam. Now I am looking to leave Verizon. Anyone considering participating in the trade-in should be wary of this.

I have just lodged a complaint with the better business bureau. Perha[s if everyone did that we may get to be a thorn in Verizons side. I doubt we will get any more money though!

if I don't get my refund by calling VGC which they state my claim has been escalated and should hear something within 3-5 business days, I will be doing the same thing.
