The person that did are edge program didnt explain anything and now we have unexpected charges? we asked like a million times the extra fee on the account was only going to be 5$ he said yes for three phones 15$ no hidden fees nothing a bill or two later I seen that there was 90 $ extra on our bill and was to late to return the phone . Yes I know how to read but I wasn't showed anything that was going to say anything about these fees , better or not my phone doesn't work properly and I am having a lot of problems with it ! I also was not aware we were signing another two year contract with Verizon I am pissed off that the guy didn't say anything basically scammed me on the whole situation now I have a phone that freezes and doesn't work and a very expensive bill to pay! where can I complain !
