Normally we have 3-4 bars of signal strength in our home. Starting today, our signal strength is switching between 1 bar and NO service. We have two phones reporting the same conditions. It's so bad I cannot call Verizon support.
How do I determine if there is a service outage or issue in this area, if it has been reported or if Verizon is aware of an issue? Is there a status page or anything on Verizon's site that lists known service outages or signal issues?
