Everyone BEWARE!

I also participated on the iPhone trade in promotion and mailed my IMMACULATE iPhone 4 to verizon and now they are trying to tell me that my phone arrived with a "LCD is bruised/missing pixels" which was NOT the case when I shipped it out.

The phone was babied by me and used since day 1 in a lifeproof case, and based on the research I have done, it seems like I am NOT the only one that is being taken advantage by Verizon Wireless.

I will dispute this to the end, because I feel like I fulfilled my part of the trade in agreement when I shipped my old device back and followed the instructions to the T! It is NOT my fault is USPS or even Verizon's trade in facility ended up damaging my device!

My iphone 4s was appraised at 199.00. I just got a gift card from verizo for 236 dollars? WTF? They say that the trade in value was reduced because the icloud account wasnt deleted (I know I did delete it). Have you received any response to your compaint? I feel Like I got scammed. I sould have just sold it on Ebay and been done with it.

I sent my like new iphone 4 (fully working no scratches, find my iphone cleared) and got a reply from them saying lens is broken and got $76 instead of the promised $199. They have escalated the matter to the trade in department and will take up to 2 weeks. I will be canceling my account and switching to another carrier if they don't honor what they promised. This is ridiculous. I will be posting it on BBB if their customer service is this bad. Honestly, they should close their trade in department - there are so many people frustrated.
