We upgraded two phones to iPhone 6. We have the receipt that states that each upgrade included the promotional 1GB for each phone (2gb total) each month for two years. Instead the account now shows promotional data as only a total of 500mb of shared data each month for only one year. Both phones have been received and activated.
This is incredibly frustrating and the amount of time wasted on all the problems associated with the trade in promotion is aggravating.
