You people at Verizon are crooks.  So dishonest.  It is disgraceful.  You make an offer, I accept, then you change the plan to something that was not the offer and tell me I cant go back because I changed the plan.  I did not change the plan, you did.  I did not agree to the plan you changed to.  Ridiculous!

I hope to sue you very soon.  It should not take me long to prepare a complaint.  If you read this and want to resolve - fix the problem you created!  Disgusting work ethic you have.  Dishonest!

Even though the plan was switched you have 14 days to have them switch it back. After that, no luck.

If you are in the 14 days contact their Regional Office. As well, make a report to the BBB. Their regular CS cannot change you back.

But again, you have to still be within the 14 days. This is why it's important to ALWAYS verify changes online after they have been made.
