Hi ... can you tell me the status of the case of my account that was opened two weeks ago and I've heard nothing about since I first contacted customer service? Oh, I see, you're a sales person, you can't help customers who have been paying their bills for years on time? Can you help me log onto to my Business account, because even though I've got an $8000 data bill from my recent trip to Costa Rica, I am not able to view my bill, because I'm only an account member, not an owner, although I am responsible for the bill and own the business.....Oh, I see, I have to call customer service about that....but you see, I DID....and they were going to get back to me about all of this but haven't. But you see I need a new phone something terrible, because after two hours on the phone with Verizon Customer Service trying to understand why I had an $8000 data bill from my trip to Costa Rica, where the phone data roaming was set off until it somehow was back on, but still using wifi since the place has wifi, ...well, she didn't get it either, but she couldn't do much other than tell me she was sorry and that I shouldn't go into the Verizon stores to get help because they just are sales people and don't really know much... like the one who sold me the mifi I couldn't use in Costa Rica, although I was asssured it was a great option.. now I'm stuck with that monthly fee until whenever that contract expires and they just renew it for me .....despite it being useless......or the person who sold me on some global plan that guaranteed to provide the security blanket of massive global data bills by bumping me up to the next data plan level automatically rather than billing by the damn minute....great idea, but not for where I was heading.... now stuck with that plan whatever it's called AND the $8000 billl.....meanwhile when I mention that during one of my many visits to VerizonWireless I was assured that the global data cut off when it reached a $1000 threshold.....PHEWW......too bad they got that all wrong. You see it doesn't cut off until ....well i don't know when it does, until someone wakes up maybe and sees some dumb dude (me) getting reamed with data downloading from some app or email service most likely, when dumb dude is thinking he's safe given all the bells and whistles he's paying on his MORE EVERYTHING plan .... MORE EVERYTHING for Verizon Wireless....MORE NOTHING but money town the toilet fro dumb dudes......well, here I wait hoping someone might know a way to get some customer SERVICE at this joint/......Oh, has anyone else got an $8000 data billl???
Any tips for this down and going down to broke Verizon Wireless dumb dude customer???
