Regarding Family Base Free 3 month promotion

Verizon gave us a 3 month "FREE" family base which WE NEVER REQUESTED for it. We havent even used it. I'd like to know why after the 3 months free Verizon is charging us for it! We didn't click on the "Accept Terms" page that is online. WE DON"T WANT THIS APP! Pisses me off how Verizon "sneaks" it into your bill! And its ridiculous that you can't contact them regarding this online. Where the heck did the "Verizon Chat" online go to? Verizon YOU SUCK!

You could have signed into your My Verizon account and remove it from your account at ANY TIME in the last 3 months. You could have done it on DAY 1, but you didn't. You can do it now. The only person to blame for you being charged is you. You have had the power to remove this feature all this time.

Call them and they will remove it and give you a credit, just be nice.

I did sign into my Verizon account and I CAN NOT remove it from my account! I TRIED THE 1st DAY I SAW IT ON MY ACCOUNT! SO I DON'T BLAME MYSELF! I THINK IT'S BULLSHIT HOW VERIZON GIVES YOU SOMETHING SO CALLED "FREE" AND ADDS IT TO YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION!
