I'm porting a number from another carrier and something seems to have gone wrong during the activation process....it won't let me activate my phone and tells me to call back later. My bank shows that I paid the initial amount but whenever I call, it keeps trying to get me to add money on my account before I can talk to someone. Because I can't activate my phone, I can't receive the text message with the activation pin for the online account registration to allow me to talk to a person via chat or something else.
I don't want to get double billed.
I would really like an option beyond the automated system to rectify this.
