Can't send or receive calls in Mexico and signed up for calls to/from Canada and Mexico before I left the states!!!
This is a peer to peer forum. You need to talk to Verizon CS in person to get this fixed right away. You'll have to find a working phone somewhere and call the international number. 1-908-559-4899
