i have the iphone 6, i currently only get a bar of service in and around my home and am constantly having dropped calls/ call failed errors, OR my phone doesn't even ring and my calls are going straight into voice mail.

I'm and advanced user and know how to operate my phone, i've called the support line many times to no avail what more can i do? They've had me restart, reset network settings etc... def seems to be a problem with the coverage in my area.

Customer support just tells me that i have no dropped calls, even though i experience them almost daily.

Are you calling other phones that have Voice over LTE enabled? I am curious to see if this fixes the problem.

Go to Settings > Cellular > Change "Voice + Data" to "Data"

This routes calls over the old CDMA network, so sound quality will decrease dramatically. This might fixed your dropped calls as a bandage. Just note that this will also prevent your phone from using data while on the phone, if you are originally making calls over LTE and your Wi-Fi is off during a call.
