I was put on an edge program without my knowledge, not given my upgrade and am now paying $150 a month for 1 person. I don't understand all the charges. Every time I call Verizon, they can't explain them to me. I am contacting the BBB. This is very bad business. People at AT&T and Sprint are paying $60 total.
