promo codes not valid

I have been given promo codes for my two iPhones for trade in and they do not work!!. I have called a number of times on this issues and my patience is starting to become quite thin.  Please check my account notes and get back to me with two real codes.

Wghat you need to do is contact customer care or hop on line for them to check your account. No one can read this and just check your account. You have to give your name and mobile number and verify the account first.
