I received a text saying I have used all of my data yet my phone tracks this and says still have a gig left. Also my phone tried sending a video email when i got off of wifi and used 3/4 of my data for no reason and it didnt even send to my email.

If you're looking under data usage or cellular usage on your phone it doesn't always display the same billing date as your Verizon Wireless bill. I have a samsung s5 and i have the 6 gb data plan. I have the data tracker set to the 22 so it is of the correct date.
and it is saying i have only used 4.95 gb of data
