neither Wifi or bluetooth will turn on. they are both "grayed" out and no matter what i do i cannot get them to turn on. i even asked Siri to turn wifi on, she replies that she has but nothing changes. i'm currently updated to IOS8. HELP PLEASE!!

Help is our middle name Sheppy92! Assuming that it worked before the iOS update, have you done a reset network settings? The steps to do so is Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. I tried exactly what you suggested Sheppy92 and it goes through the reset, but the Wifi and Bluetooth are still greyed…what am i missing?
