Final Bill Help

I was a long time Verizon customer and cancelled my service for 2 lines back in early Sept. I am trying to get my final bill from Verizon so I may pay it off, but no one at Verizon will give it to me and its been 2 months. I just want to pay my final bill and move on, but Verizon continues to give me the run around. How can I get my final bill and pay what I owe Verizon? I've spoken to Customer Support on the phone and a manager in store but no one will help me.

Please someone from customer support help me out on this!!!

The final bill should have been mailed to the USPS address on record. Did you not get one?

I have not received my latest bill; however, I spoke to customer service today and they advised me once I receive the most current bill it is not going to reflect a final bill balance owed for my Verizon edge plan. The bill will only reflect an installment payment due for each phone. I have requested numerous times a final bill balance for 2 phone that were previously on the edge program before I disconnected my services with Verizon wireless on 9/4/2014. I want a final bill that reflects the balance of approximately 600 dollars not 40 dollars...
