I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S5 in May. I loved the phone until I started having issues the end of August. Incoming calls did not ring and went straight to voice mail, no missed calls appeared, voice mails were not there. I contacted tech support in late September or early October and they wiped my phone clean and reset it. They had me operate in Safe Mode. None of these things made any difference. In late October, I went into a company store and they replaced the SIM card. This helped for a day or two. I then called tech support again and spent time on the phone several times and they finally replaced my phone. I activated in on Nov. 5 and it appeared to be working fine until this evening (Nov. 9) and it started doing the same thing again. Has anyone else ha this issue?
