I purchased a phone from Verizon about three weeks back. I was asked to pay a deposit of 400 dollars for the phone. However, my card was swiped twice by the representative, and I ended up paying 800 dollars at the store. She told me that one of the transactions was cancelled and that I would receive my money (the incorrectly charged 400 dollars) in a week. I have followed up several times with the store, the finance department and customer service. No one is helping me out. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of concern and the pathetic customer service with Verizon!!
