On my usage data, if an incoming call's number is listed as "unavailiable" or xxx-xxx-xxxx can verizon or Anyone get the actual phone number for me? Our account is not supposed to accept such calls but it did. thanks.
Hello fisherking,I know the importance of understanding your options when it comes to blocked calls. When a caller chooses to have their phone number blocked or restricted, we don't have the phone number details available. I do want to mention that we do have a great option for managing these type of calls with our Family Base feature. Here's more information on this great product http://vz.to/1gcHiOM. Thanks. anonymous call rejection only rejects calls that have the caller ID information blocked. . if this information is not available. then the call still goes through. i think anonymous and unknown are two separate features you need to turn on.
its also possible that maybe your phone didn't ring, but the # still showed on your bill??
i had anonymous callers blocked on my landline. but i remember "private" or "unknown" callers still getting through and ringing my fax machine.
i saw it on my daughter's usage statement, 2 calls on 2 consecutive
nights each lasting about 20 minutes. on the actual statement it showed
up as "unavailiable" but the when i clicked "more call details" it
showed up as "xxx-xxx-xxxx". i wonder if its even possible for verizon
to get that number for me. i just want to know who this person is.
thanks so much for your reply.
