Upgrade?!

I had used the Edge program to get a new phone and was told that it wouldn't affect my contract and would be able to upgrade again on time. Well I'm wanting to get the iPhone 6 Plus but my account says I can't upgrade till 2016. Is this true or can I upgrade

I am sorry for any confusion. When you are on the Edge program you can Edge up (upgrade) to another device after 30 days and 60% of the full price of your current device is paid off. How long have you had your current device? Check out the details of Edge here.... http://vz.to/1o8VQzN
