Network unusable during portions of the day

The LTE coverage in my town was awesome when it was first introduced, but now it can slow to a halt many times during the day. The XLTE didn't seem to help it at all. It is completely frustrating to have data hang. I've contacted technical support and it was acknowledged that there are usage spikes during the day which affect performance. I was told there are no plans for improvement.

Is there any way to get the issue escalated? What can be done?

I'm sorry for any inconvenience with your service during the day. When it comes to network speeds, there are many variables that come into play. network congestion is one of them, as high network traffic can be an issue. You may find that the data slows down during peak hours. However, please know that we are always working on expanding our network so you get the best experience possible!

There's a difference between slow and unusable. For instance, please see the following speed tests all performed outdoors. This issue has been going on for probably almost a year now. Please expand your network in my area to get me acceptable performance.
