I called customer service today to inquire about the early edge program and see if I would be able to upgrade to iPhone 6 (old phone is broken). After talking with a very nice lady and going over the data options, I decide to change my plan and order the phone. She puts me on hold to process the order (asking which color I want and my shipping address). After waiting for awhile, she comes back apologizing for the wait and says I need to speak with another dept to finish the order. I'm transferred to a gentleman who says what I was told was a mistake and that I won't be able to get the phone. He apologizes but basically tells me tough luck. Mistakes happen...that's ok, but it's just disappointing that Verizon couldn't be more accommodating to a loyal customer in good standing.
