I ordered a replacement (via insurance). The question I have. The phone is locked (actually just set this up). The LCD is out on the bottom third, where I'd enter my security code. I also turned off my bluetooth just prior to breaking the phone. Series of unfortunate events at this point. Can Verizon unlock my phone? I'm assuming the bluetooth needs to be turned on to transfer any info on the phone I'd need. Just hoping Verizon can unlock the phone inside the store. Is this possible?
