When I am standing out on the sidewalk in front of 74 Whittier Road in Reading, MA I have no data connectivity and intermittent phone connectivity. This is not unique to me, all the folks in that neighborhood have similar problems. Is Verizon Wireless aware of this dead zone and are there any plans to address it?
