Qualified for Prepaid w/out Data Plan?

Can anyone tell me if any of these phones can be used on a prepaid plan without a data plan?

Is there a specific way you know they are "feature" phones and not "smartphones"?

iOS, Android, Windows Phone, and BBOS are all smart phones. If a newer operating system comes out then more than likely it'll be a smart phone OS.
